Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, playing, or downloading any content on the GreenGold Spaces streaming site, the GreenGold Spaces blog, or the Auric Player mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platforms. Your continued use of any GreenGold Spaces platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

GreenGold Spaces is a music streaming service operated by GreenGoldSpaces, based in Malawi. Our service spans three connected platforms:

• GreenGold Spaces Streaming Site — the primary platform where music is hosted, streamed, and downloaded. Artists upload here and Streamers access content here.
• GreenGold Spaces Blog — music uploaded by approved Artists is automatically published to our blog for discovery and promotion. These same terms apply.
• Auric Player Mobile App — our Android application that mirrors the streaming site experience. All content streamed or downloaded via Auric Player is subject to these terms.

All music on GreenGold Spaces is uploaded by Artists who have been individually reviewed and approved by our Admin team before publication.

You do not need to create an account or register to stream, download, or share music on GreenGold Spaces. Our platforms are open to all listeners.

However, anonymous use does not mean consequence-free use. These Terms of Use remain fully binding regardless of whether you have registered an account. Violations — including unauthorised redistribution or circumventing our download security — may result in your device being blocked from our platforms.

Technical data including your IP address, device type, and a device fingerprint on download are collected even without registration, as described in our Privacy Policy.

GreenGold Spaces grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and play music on our platforms for personal, non-commercial listening purposes only.

Stream counts are recorded and directly contribute to Artist earnings. Artificial inflation of stream counts is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

Downloading music from GreenGold Spaces is permitted for personal, offline listening only. Every download triggers our device fingerprinting system as described below.

What you may download

• Any track made available for download by its Artist on GreenGold Spaces
• Downloads are for your personal offline listening only
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share downloaded files with others

Device Fingerprinting on Download

Every download triggers the registration of a Device Fingerprint — a set of technical attributes unique to your device. This protects Artists and ensures they are fairly compensated.

Download limits

GreenGold Spaces reserves the right to apply reasonable download limits per device or per track to prevent abuse. Attempting to circumvent download limits using VPNs, device spoofing, or other technical means is a violation of these terms.

We encourage sharing music through our platform's built-in share features. Sharing links to tracks on GreenGold Spaces helps Artists grow their audience and increases their earnings.

Permitted sharing

• Sharing track links via social media, messaging apps, or any other channel
• Embedding track links in blog posts, websites, or other content
• Sharing tracks through the Auric Player app share function
• Recommending tracks to friends and family

Prohibited redistribution

• Uploading downloaded audio files to any third-party platform or file-sharing service
• Sharing downloaded audio files directly via messaging apps or email
• Re-hosting, mirroring, or duplicating GreenGold Spaces content elsewhere
• Converting or extracting audio from streamed content using any tool or method
• Distributing music under a different name or as your own work

In addition to the specific rules above, the following conduct is strictly prohibited across all GreenGold Spaces platforms:

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access, download, or index our content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Auric Player app or our website
• Interfering with or disrupting our servers, networks, or platform infrastructure
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent our device fingerprinting or any other security measure
• Using our platforms in any way that could damage the reputation or commercial interests of GreenGold Spaces or its Artists
• Impersonating GreenGold Spaces, its staff, or any Artist on our platform

All music available on GreenGold Spaces remains the intellectual property of the respective Artists who uploaded it. GreenGold Spaces does not claim ownership of any Artist's music.

GreenGold Spaces holds a licence from each Artist to distribute their music through our streaming site, blog, and Auric Player app for streaming and download under these terms.

The GreenGold Spaces name, logo, platform design, and all associated branding are the property of GreenGoldSpaces. Unauthorised use of our branding is prohibited.

GreenGold Spaces strives to maintain continuous availability of our platforms. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to:

• Suspend or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance or technical reasons
• Remove or restrict access to specific tracks at the request of an Artist or for legal compliance
• Block access from specific devices, IP addresses, or regions where abuse is detected
• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time

GreenGold Spaces is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or changes to platform features.

GreenGold Spaces reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.

Your continued use of any GreenGold Spaces platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

For significant changes — particularly those affecting downloads, device fingerprinting, or content access — we will post a notice on the streaming site and blog.
